Brian Danella is a technology transactions lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience counseling clients in Silicon Valley. Previously, Brian practiced in the technology transactions and M&A groups at AmLaw 100 law firms and as the general counsel of Nuance Communications, a publicly traded software company.
